Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person at your location.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations: For cancellations, a 24-hour notice is also required. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a fee of $100 may be charged.

Service Expectations

• Arrival Time: We strive to be punctual. However, due to the mobile nature of our services, a grace period of 15 minutes before or after the scheduled time may occur.

• Service Duration: The duration of our services can vary depending on the package selected and the condition of the vehicle. Estimated times will be communicated during the booking.

• Access: For mobile services, please ensure that there is accessible parking and sufficient space for our team to work efficiently.

Payment

• Payments are due upon completion of service. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, electronic payments, bank transfers, checks, digital wallets. Invoices will be provided electronically unless a paper copy is requested.

Satisfaction Guarantee

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know before we leave your location or within 24 hours after the service completion. We'll do our best to rectify any issues promptly.

Damage Policy

• We treat every vehicle with the utmost care. Prior to starting our services, we'll conduct a pre-service inspection with you to note any existing damage.

• In the rare event of accidental damage during our service, we'll communicate immediately to discuss repair arrangements.
